Thanks for making our calendar more complete. Please fill in the form below to add your event. Any
meeting posted on the calendar must be open to ALL IEs and guests. Please note that your event will
not show on the calendar until approved by the calendar administrator (please allow 24 hours).

Instructions

  1. Enter the City where the meeting will be held.
  2. Select the State or Province where the meeting will be held from the drop down list.
  3. Be sure to put the name of the Host of the meeting, and their phone number or EMail address in the contact information fields (guests will call to make sure it is ok for them to attend, and to give the host a head count).
  4. Enter the Address where the meeting will be held.
  5. In the Additional Information field, place other information about your event. Information you may want to include would be the Presenter, Special Guests, or other pertinent information.
  6. If your event repeats on a regular schedule (i.e. Weekly, or the 2nd Thursday of each Month, etc.), place that information in the Recurrence Info field. Also, be sure to enter any exceptions, or times when you won't be following that schedule, such as holidays. Remember to include an ending date for the recurrence. The administrator will incorporate this info.
